Why Choose Our Office?

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the perfect compliment to your chiropractic care plan. The recovery process is accelerated when you address multiple components of your pain and injury.  Massage therapy, also when paired with chiropractic, helps the adjustment last longer and the chiropractic adjustment helps the massage to be more effective and have longer lasting effects.

Soft tissue injuries can cause a “guarding effect” which causes the muscles and the fascia to tighten leading to the formation of pain and trigger points and can compress nerves as well as blood vessels.  This guarding can spread to other areas and create a domino effect.

Benefits of Massage Therapy Include:
  • Faster Healing of Strained Muscles and Sprained Ligaments.
  • Reduction in Pain and Swelling.
  • Relief From Tension, Strain and Whiplash Related Headaches.
  • Reduced Muscle Spasms.
  • Increased Joint Flexibility and Range of Motion.
  • Relief of Muscle Tension and Stiffness.
  • Rehabilitation After Injury.
  • Improved Posture.

What is  physical fitness and a physical fitness assessment?

Physical fitness is the ability to perform occupational, recreational and daily activities without becoming fatigued, as exercise specialists Kentuckiana Fitness Group collaborating with Dr. Neeley will assess the following fitness components:

  • Cardiorespiratory Endurance
  • Maximum Oxygen Consumption (VO 2 max)
  • Musculoskeletal Fitness
  • Body Weight and Body Composition
  • Flexibility

What is the purpose of a fitness test?

This test detects the presence of disease and to assess the initial disease risk classifications of our clients.  It also evaluated the clients health and fitness level.  Information from a questionnaire and clinical test are analyzed.  Finally to assure a safe effective fitness program developed with the clients goals targeted.

As the program coordinator, Dennis Trammell has served the sports and fitness industry for 30 years.  He is training world class athletes and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Teaching and Exercise Science.
